FREE Folk Dance and Craft Workshop
Learn to dance the "Yakyuuken Samba" from Sacramento's sister-city, Matsuyama, Japan. Learn about "chigiri-e" - Japanese torn paper art, and decorate your own dancing fan! This is a totally FREE ARTS WORKSHOP that is part of the Illuminance Festival project, funded in part by a Cultural Equity Program Grand from the Sacramento Metropolitan Arts Commission and hosted by the Sacramento Taiko Dan.
